PURPOSE:To heighten the fixed accuracy of a board position when the board is held, by providing a pusher which pushes a printed wiring board in a tenser track out in the horizontal direction, an elastic body member which touches the pusher, and a board support member which raises the board in the vertical direction while synchronizing with the movement of the body member. CONSTITUTION:A pusher 26 is driven to push a printed wiring board 22 in a tenser tank 20 out in the horizontal direction in an alternative way, and an elastic body member 28 touches the printed wiring board 22 pushed out elastically. And when the printed wiring board 22 was pushed out and its tip was detected with a sensor, a board support member 24a, is driven to raise the printed wiring board 22. With the movement of the printed wiring board 22 board support members 24b, 24c are also driven, and the printed wiring board 22 is positioned to a specified position with the board support members 24a-24c and held with a manipulator 16. And this makes it possible to heighten the fixed accuracy of the position when the printed wiring board 22 is held. |
