PURPOSE:To decrease the storage time and the fall time of a horizontal output transistor(TR) stably by operating a storage carrier drawing circuit depending on an output pulse of a monostable multivibrator circuit to extract a storage carrier of a base layer when the horizontal output TR is interrupted. CONSTITUTION:When a rectangular wave pulse Vdn being an output of a monostable multivibrator circuit 16 goes to a low level, a storage carrier extraction circuit 13 is active. Thus, the period tdn when the rectangular wave pulse Vdn is at a low level has only to be a period when a storage carrier drawout current of the horizontal output TR 4 flows, that is, a time being a storage time tstg 2 of the horizontal output TR 4 or over.
