CONE-TYPE INERTIAL BREAKER

A cone-type inertial breaker comprises a casing (1) mounted on a base (2) and having an external cone (4) and a spherical support (5) for an internal cone (6) mounted with the possibility of swinging about its own swinging center (7) and provided with a shaft (8) kinematically connected to a drive (27) mounted on the base (2) and with a bearing lining (9) mounted on the shaft (8) of the internal cone (6) and suspended on its spherical support (5). The breaker further features an unbalance consisting of three weights (14), (16), (15) located one under another the middle one (16) of which is provided with a partial slit (17) and with a securing unit (18) located within the zone of the partial slit (17), an oil deflector (19) connected to the casing (1) by a seal (20). The cone-type inertial breaker further comprises a bearing sleeve (11) embracing the bearing lining (9) and mounted coaxially to the bearing lining (9) and rotatably around it, the unbalance system being mounted on the bearing sleeve (11).
