The advertisement hoarding for suspension from the ceiling of a self-service shop etc. has two shanks in cross-section with protrusions towards each other at their outer ends and undercut to retain information panels. The shanks are at opposite sides of a vertical centre line. The top undercuts accommodate suspension members, and the bottom ones extend downwards. The hoarding (1) forms a hollow body, of which the shanks (4) are part. It can be of triangular, square, or rectangular cross-section. At the protrusions, the shanks can be joined to each other by a further shank or two connecting ribs. ADVANTAGE - Min. risk of damage or bending during transport or storage.
