摘要 <p>A circuit for the emergency stop of a robot using a deadman switch provided on a teaching operation board while teaching the operation to the robot using the teaching operation board. When a pushing force of a finger is within a predetermined range, the deadman switch (DM1) operates the robot as taught by the teaching operation board. When the pushing force of a finger is outside the predetermined range, a magnet switch in a servo amplifier (2) is turned off to cause emergency-stop of the robot. Therefore, in case the robot performs unexpected operation, the operator operates the deadman switch (DM1) somehow, such as release or forcibly grip the teaching operation board; i.e., the deadman switch (DM1) is deviated from the intermediate position toward the contact of either side and is turned off. Even in case the operator is thrown into a dangerous condition, therefore, the robot is brought into halt in response to a quick action of the operator.</p>
