<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a voltage divider having a small size and a high dividing voltage by providing a second dielectric partly on the periphery of a first electrode provided on the outer periphery of a first dielectric, and providing a second electrode on its outer periphery. CONSTITUTION:A first dielectric 2 so provided as to surround a periphery at a wire conductor 1 as a shaft, a first electrode 3 provided on the outer periphery of the dielectric 2, and a first terminal 4 for connecting a third electrode 3 to the first input terminal of a voltage measuring unit are provided. A second dielectric 5 provided at theta [deg.] on the periphery of the electrode 3, a second electrode 6 provided on the outer periphery of the dielectric 5, and a second terminal 7 for connecting the electrode 6 to the second input terminal of a voltage measuring unit are provided. That is, since the dielectric 5 is not provided on the entire periphery of the electrode 3, the capacity of the second capacitor is reduced. Accordingly, a secondary voltage is largely obtained, and a voltage divider is reduced in size. Thus, the divider having small size and high dividing voltage is obtained.</p> |
