<p>A novel platinum (II) complex represented by general formula (A), wherein R1 represents C1 to C5 lower hydrocarbyl, R2 and R3 represents each hydrogen or C1 to C3 lower hydrocarbyl, and the configuration of the 1,2-diaminocyclohexane ring is cis, trans-l- or trans-d-. The said complex is useful as a drug for treating malignant tumor because it has a high antitumor activity and a low toxicity.</p> |
