PURPOSE:To eliminate a loss and to increase an output by spectrally separating a light passed through a converter by spectral means, directly outputting a harmonic wave light, and reflecting a basic wave light by a high reflection mirror to return it to an original optical path. CONSTITUTION:A first high reflection mirror 12 for reflecting a basic wave light L1 to be output from a laser medium 11 is disposed at the axially one end side of the medium 11, and a converter 13 for converting the light L1 into a harmonic wave light L2 is disposed at the other end side. The light mixed with the lights L2 and the not converted L1 are spectrally separated by a prism 14 at the optical paths, and the light L1 is reflected on a second high reflection mirror 15 for reflecting in the same direction as the incident direction. Accordingly, the light L2 can be output without passing the mirrors 12, 15, and the not converted light L1 can be returned to the original path. Thus, its oscillation efficiency can be improved, and loss is eliminated when the light L2 is output. |
