<p>A pipe clip comprises first and second partially cylindrical components (1, 30) held together, so as to define a cylindrical bore to accommodate the tubular member, by interlocking projecting portions (18, 118) and recess-defining portions (15, 115) provided on opposing rims of the said components. Parts of the said portions are provided with correspondingly inclined faces (27, 28; 116, 117) in the form of chamfers to facilitate relative sliding movement of one of the portions of the first component and one of the portions of the second component when the components are moved towards one another in a plane radial with respect to the cylindrical bore to cause the interlocking of the portions. The clip can therefore be easily assembled to hold a pipe. Additional chamfers may be provided to assist in prising the components apart.</p> |
