Power supply for pluggable assemblies at telephone exchange - follows current path from vertical rails of frame to transverse rails with grooves for insulated inserts

The circuit boards (9) slid into their holders are supplied with power via the transverse rails (6') which are connected with the vertical current busbars (4-6) of the frame in which they are set. On the front of each transverse rail (6') a groove is provided for insertion of an insulated moulding (4', 5') which serves as a voltage supply line. The handgrip (12) has corresp. metallic contacts (13) on its back. ADVANTAGE - Spatial sepn. of signal and power supply lines is combined with benefit of contact points on board holders made available for additional signal lines.
