PURPOSE:To reduce the number of steps, to improve operability, to stabilize a product and to reduce a cost by securing a printed board simultaneously with an integrating operation by an ultrasonic welding of upper and lower cases. CONSTITUTION:A protrusion 3a' of the end of a supporting boss 3a erecting from inside a lower case 3 is inserted into the through hole 5a of a printed board 5. The protrusion 3a' is brought into contact with the lower end of a boss 2a suspended from an upper case 2. Simultaneously, the contact part is disposed near the outer peripheral edges of the cases 2, 3. Thus, an ultrasonic vibration is applied to the edges of the cases 2, 3 to simultaneously adhere the edges of the cases 2, 3 to the bosses 2a, 3a. Thus, the board 5 can be positively secured. |
