<p>PURPOSE:To obtain an antibacterial container at a low cost without impairing antibacterial action by a structure wherein the container is made of a plurality of layers, some layer of which contains antibiotics. CONSTITUTION:A container 30 consists of a main body part 21 and a cap part 22, both of which have a double layer structure of an outer layer part 24 and an inner layer part 25. The outer layer part 24 is transparent and made of polypropylene. The inner layer part 25 is made of resin blended with inorganic antibiotics and its thickness is set to be 0.01 - 500 mum. As base resin, polypropylene is used in consideration of the adhesion between the inner and outer layers of the container. Further, as the inorganic antibiotics, antibacterial zeolite, the particle diameter of which is about 0.7 - 1.5 mum and which is prepared by ion-exchanging sodium ion in the crystal structure of zeolite with silver ion, which has antibacterial action, is used. The loading of the antibacterial zeolite is 0.01 - 40 wt.% on the basis of the base resin.</p> |
