<p>PURPOSE:To simplify the structure of a primary coil, to reduce irregularities in solder finish, finishing outer diameter and to uniformly wind on a bobbin without irregularity by winding a coil of a single wire in the winding slit of a primary bobbin, and sequentially winding coils in the next winding slit through the winding in a stripe groove to wind the primary coil. CONSTITUTION:In a high frequency transformer having a primary coil 24, a secondary coil 14 and a filament coil 17 for converting a power source voltage, many winding slits 23 are so formed on a primary bobbin 20 of the transformer 3 in zone of the size corresponding to the diameter (d) of the winding, axial stripe groove 26 is formed in a depth corresponding to the diameter (d) of the winding partly on the outer periphery of the bobbin 20, a winding of a single wire is wound from inside to outside in the slits 23 of the bobbin 20, the winding is sequentially wound from inside to outside through the winding to the groove 26 to the next slit 23 to wind the coil 24. For example, the above bobbin 20 is wound to be mounted by winding the primary coil 21 of a single wire on a printed board 1 in a high frequency heat cooking device.</p> |
