The mixture (A) is obtained by mixing 2.3-3.0% ammonia water and 10- 20 wt.% rice bran fermented with yeast. The fused phosphate (B) is obtained by mixing 20-25 wt.% phosphate, 15-15 wt.% magnesia, 33-37 wt.% lime, 20-25 wt.% silicic acid and 2.0-2.5 wt.% urea. The final product (I) is obtained by mixing (A) and (B) (mixing ratio is 60-70:40-30). The obtd. (I) is used for the treatment of waste water. A filamentous fungus is removed by adding (I) to the waste water.
