INSPECTION DEVICE FOR PACKAGE BOARD

PURPOSE:To eliminate trouble such as the clogging of a nozzle with an adhesive on the substrate by marking the peripheral part of the board whose coordinate position matches a problem position. CONSTITUTION:An image of a part 3 on the board 2 which is photographed by a camera 12 is stored in an image memory 36 and a decision part 32 decides whether the mounting state of the component is normal or not according to the stored data. If a defective part is found, a marker 15 is put in marking operation. The marker 15 is constituted by mounting a marking head 22 atop of the rod 21 of an air cylinder 20 and the rod 21 is extended to stick fluorescent paint from a dispenser nozzle 24. The marking position is not the defective part position, but the peripheral part of the board whose coordinate position matches the defective part.
