<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition capable of regulating its working life over a wide range by admixing a quick-hardening cement comprising cement, a mixed ground product of fine powdery metallurgical slag and anhydrous gypsum and metallurgical slag with a setting modifier and a thickening agent. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition can be obtained by admixing (A) a quick-hardening cement comprising (1) 60-80 pts.wt. of Portland cement or mixed cement, (2) 10-30 pts.wt. of a mixed ground product of fine powdery metallurgical slag and anhydrous gypsum and (3) 5-30 pts.wt. of singly ground metallurgical slag with (B) a setting modifier consisting of 0.02-0.2 pts.wt. of an oxycarboxylic acid (salt) and 0.08-0.8 pts.wt of an alkali carbonate and (D) 0.01-0.5 pts.wt. of a thickening agent. The present composition, other than having the characteristics described above, is excellent in high-early-strength developability, furthermore, being capable of stably retaining the state after setting for a long period of time.</p> |
