<p>PURPOSE:To improve printing performance without raising an integration degree of a light emitting element by a method wherein a first scan part which scans a light beam in the arranging direction of the light emitting elements and a second scan part which scans the light beam projected from the light emitting element over a micro range in the arranging direction of the light emitting elements, are provided. CONSTITUTION:An optical beam scanner is composed of a first scan part consisting of an LED array head, a second scan part 2 consisting of a micro actuator, a control part 3 controlling electrically, and a connection means which connects integrally the first scan part 1 to the second scan part 2. Since the second scan part 2 consisting of the micro actuator is arranged closely in parallel with the first scan part 1 consisting of the LED array head, an area on a printing paper 17 which is not irradiated with the optical beam 11 from the LED 5... can be irradiated with an optical beam 11 through the arrow 15a, 15b directional vibration of a movable material 7. Printing performance can be improved without increasing the integration degree of the LED 5..., and high resolution in a beam printer and the like can be easily achieved at low cost.</p> |
