PURPOSE: To obtain a stable and reproducible composite material acting as a self-controllable conductor, without requiring a necessary condition for copolymerization or crosslinkage by including the polymer dispersing elements of conductive aggregates and an electrically insulating aggregate in the composite material. CONSTITUTION: A composite composite material includes the polymer dispersing elements of a conductive aggregate and an electrically insulating aggregate. The conductive aggregate is natural or synthetic graphite, its grain size is included within a range of 50 to 75μand silica, having grain size included within a range of 0.03 to 0.3mm or calcite or the like having grain size in a range of 0.3 to 0.8mm, is suitable for the electrically insulating aggregate. For example, 55.5wt.% quartz sand, 15.0wt.% graphite and 1.5wt.% benzoyl peroxide (50%) are mixed, and the 28.0wt.% methyl methacrylate monomer is mixed and pasted so as not to enter air at the time of mixing. After deforming a final mixture, polymerization is completed by a temperature rise, depending on heating reaction.
