<p>PURPOSE:To effectively prevent transfer deviation by providing a belt projecting and bending means for projecting and bending the belt part on the sheet conveying side of an endless belt for conveying the sheet after transfer and separation to a pair of fixing rollers upward by a prescribed size. CONSTITUTION:The device is provided with the belt projecting and bending means 22 for projecting and bending the belt part on the sheet conveying side of the endless belt 21 for conveying the sheet (a) after transfer and separation to the pair of rollers 14 and 15 upward. A 1st size from the maximum transfer point on the surface of a photosensitive drum 3 with reference to a transfer charger 6 to a belt projecting and bending point 21b which is formed by the belt projecting and bending means 22 is set so as to be equal to or below 0.4 times as much as a 2nd size from the maximum transfer point to the nip point of the pair of the rollers 14 and 15, and also the height of projecting and bending the belt by the means 22 is set so as to be >= 10mm. Thus, the swell of the sheet is formed, and a shock caused when the leading edge of the sheet abuts on the pair of the fixing rollers can be absorbed in the swelled part of the sheet and then, the transfer deviation can be effectively prevented.</p> |
