<p>PURPOSE:To directly evaluate positioning operation by simple operation by processing and displaying the data of command value and servo real positions. CONSTITUTION:A tracing means 2 samples a command value and a servo real position during the period of positioning operation and traces the sampled value in a memory 4 and a transfer means 5 transfers the traced data to a means, e.g. a personal computer 14, for computing and displaying the traced data. The personal computer 14 receives the data, processes the data by a set program and displays the command value, the traced result of the servo real position and an error between the command value and the servo real position on a set device in accordance with a set format. Consequently, the positioning opera tion can be directly evaluated by the simple operation.</p> |
