<p>PURPOSE:To uniformly distribute resin and uniformize sheet thickness by a method wherein one or a plurality of pairs of base material, each of which has a structure of one sheet of non-resin-impregnated base material pinched between two sheets of resin-impregnated base material, are continuously formed under heat and pressure. CONSTITUTION:Solventless liquid resin is applied with each resin coater 2 to each sheeting base material 1, while no resin is applied to sheeting base material 12. At squeeze rolls 3, the sheeting base material 12 is pinched by resin-applied base materials 11 and squeezed. Further, the resultant base materials are fed together with metal foil 10 to a double belt press so as to be formed with a hot press. Solventless thermosetting resin, which is liquid in room temperature, such as unsaturated polyester resin, unsaturated acrylic ester resin or the like is used and resin converage is set to be 55 - 75 %. The built-up resin is controlled with rolls or the like so as to penetrate to the sheeting base material, which is not impregnated with resin and said controlling is perferably performed 1 - 2 minutes before the start of hardening reaction. The gap between the fibers of the sheeting base material, which is not impregnated with resin, is normally 50 - 60 % and the amount of resin for filling the gap is necessary.</p> |
