<p>PURPOSE:To manufacture a cooler case for an automobile for offering heat insulating properties by forming a composite sheet composed of a non-infoamable thermoplastic sheet stuck on one side surface of a polyethylene foamed simple sheet as a heat insulating material and bonding non-infoamable thermoplastic as a bonding surface on the inner side surface of a cooler case main body. CONSTITUTION:A polyethylene foamed simple sheet 11 and a non-infoamable thermoplastic sheet 12 are polymerized respectively and formed into a composite sheet 13 laminated integrally by bonding or heat fusing. The composite sheet 13 is formed into the shape for bonding in a cooler case main body 10 by means of the vacuum forming method, and its unnecessary sections are cut off to be formed into a heat insulating material 14. As a thermoplastic sheet 12 appears on the surface side of the formed heat insulating material 14, said thermoplastic sheet 12 is inserted into the cooler case main body 10 in a manner of being in contact with the inner side surface of the cooler case main body, and a bonding agent 15 is applied on the inner side surface of the cooler case main body 10 or on the surface of the thermoplastic sheet 12 of the heat insulating material 14 and said sheet is bonded with the inner side of the case main body 10.</p> |
