摘要 PURPOSE:To achieve the high deodorant faculty and obtain the charging material for the deodorant for microorganism by mixing the water-soluble viscous agent and the residual powder which is generated during the extraction and purification of the sodium alginate which is extracted from the seaweeds such as blown algae, forming the aqueous solution, immersing the short fibrous peat into the aqueous solution and mixing the fibrous peat into pellet form in an extruder. CONSTITUTION:Sodium alginate is extracted from the seaweeds such as blown algae, and the residual powder which is formed in purification and a water-soluble viscous agent are mixed, and the mixture is dissolved into water to obtain an aqueous solution. After short fibrous peat is immersed into the aqueous solution, the mixture is put into an extruder and worked and molded into pellet form, and the deodorant filling material can be supplied. The deodorant effect of the product can be improved furthermore by mixing the powdery active carbon into the mixed aqueous solution of the residual powder which is formed in the extraction and purification of sodium alginate and the water soluble viscous agent. The short fibrous peat possesses the action as the carrier for microorganism, and compaction is prevented by the molding into pellet form, and the large outer surface area can be obtained, and quality control is facilitated.
