PURPOSE:To prevent scratch damage to moldings and raise the yield of moldings by using a structure in which an air vent groove is provided in the close contact face between an inserted material housed in a cavity and molds in such a way as to enable air to pass through the gate side and an air vent hole. CONSTITUTION:When injecting molten thermosetting synthetic resin from a gate 3 into a cavity 2, the resin is packed in the cavity 2 and a material 6 to be inserted is put in the resin to form a molding. At this time, air is flowed through an air vent groove 10 into a dent 8 and then discharged through the air vent hole 5 of molds 1 to outside. Thus, no flash occurs at the air vent hole 5 of the molds 1 as well as the unbent parts because the thermosetting synthetic resin fails to pass through the air vent groove 10 and therefore, does not reach the recess 8. |
