PURPOSE:To form an uneven pattern on the whole surface of the front plate of a building plate by a method in which under the condition that the side plate with a curved piece is bent toward outside at an angle more than right angle, an uneven pattern is given to the front plate and then the side plate is bent inwards in the manufacture of an uneven-patterned building plate having a curved piece on its side plate. CONSTITUTION:Side plates 2 are projectionally provided backwards at both side ends of the front plate 1, a projection piece 3 is projected outward from one side plate 2, a curved piece 4 bent inward is formed on the other side plate 2, and a dent 5 into which the projection 3 is to be inserted is provided on the outside of the curved piece 4 in order to form a building plate 6. In giving an uneven pattern 7 to the front plate 1 of the building plate 6, the side plate 2 with the curved piece 4 is bent outwards at an angle more than 90 deg. to the back of the front plate 1, and under the condition, the uneven pattern is given to the front plate by means of an uneven pattern former 8. Then, the side plate 2 is bent inwards for correction by using a correction mold 10. |
