PURPOSE: To provide a package for storing and dispensing the liquid by including an elastically deformable container, a cylindrical bottom part, a valve assembly, and a cap for trip which converts the package into the dispensing configuration and the traveling configuration, and is arranged on a self-sealing valve to provide a leakage resistance. CONSTITUTION: A 'tear' 62 is printed on a shipping cap 18, and when a pull-ring 60 is pulled, the shipping cap 18 is separated from a valve assembly 19. An annular flange 34 is left, the flange 34 holds a self-sealing valve 32 and a restricter 30, and a package 15 is in the dispensing configuration. In a case of a trip, the package is deformed into the travel configuration because the package 15 is carried without any leakage. For this deformation, an inclined half of an upper wall body 70 of a travel cap 17 is pressed inward to push out the travel cap 17 from a recessed part 14 in a bottom wall body 23 of the container 20, and the travel cap 17 is press-fitted onto the flange 34. Annular projections 82, 83 of the travel cap 17 are useful to prevent the leakage from the self-sealing valve 32 during shipment. The travel cap 17 is removed, and re-arranged in the recessed part 14, and the package 15 is returned to the dispensing configuration. |
