CONSTITUTION:An ECD (electrochromic display) is provided on an electronic card 1, the color of the ECD 4 is changed based on data stored in a memory 3 or data related to this data, and this color is held. As a result, the data of the memory of the electronic card and the data based on the color displayed by the ECD can be compared. Also, even when the data in the memory of the card cannot be confirmed by an external device by the physical breakage of the electronic card, etc., the changed color of the ECD is decided by visual sense, so the data stored in the memory or the data related to this data can be confirmed.
