DELAY CIRCUIT

A delay circuit consists of a reference voltage generator, a variable time constant circuit having the time constant being in reciprocal proportion to a power source, and a comparator for comparing the output of the variable time constant circuit with the reference voltage. The variable time constant circuit includes a field effect transistor and a capacitor. The delay circuit maintains the constant delay time.
