PURPOSE:To enable the manufacturing in simple structure and at a low cost and also enable the realization of improving the reduction of a maintaining cost and durability by providing a resin conduit which is opened and closed through the advancing and retreating movement of a needle and a liquid conduit which is opened and closed through the advancing and retreating movement of an outer sheath capable of sliding the outer periphery of a nozzle main body in the axial direction. CONSTITUTION:A needle 32 and outer sheath 37 are pressed to the side of a mold and forward by means of a compression spring 34 and the needle 32 blocks the top end of a resin conduit 36 and the pressurized fluid charging inlet 38 of the outer sheath 37 is communicated to a fluid conduit 39. In order to inject resin into the mold, when the resin plasticized by means of a screw 2 is applied with injection pressure, the needle 32 is retreated against the compressed spring 34 while pressing a pressure transmitting rod 35 and the outer sheath 37 slides rearwardly in conjunction therewith and accompanying this, the connection of the pressurized fluid charging inlet 38 and fluid conduit 39 is interrupted and thus the top end of the resin conduit 36 is released so that the resin is injected therefrom. When a predetermined quantity of the resin is injected into a mold cavity, the pressure is removed by means of a screw 2, with the result that needle 32 and outer sheath 37 are pressed to the side of the mold and restored by means of the compression spring 34. |
