The circuit is controlled by the external control signal transmitted from a computer to generate more than one control signal or the reference signal. The circuit includes an oscillator unit including a crystal oscillator condensors and NOT gates for inverting the oscillation frequency signal, a wave form modulator includeing NOT gates for modulating and inverting the phase of the signal, a phase inverter for inverting the phose of the inverted signal, a frequency divider including 4 J-K flip flops for dividing the oscillation frequency, a input controller for selecting the signals transmitted from the frequency divider, a controller for selecting and multiplexing the signal to transmit the signal having wanted frequency, a fundamental frequency transmitter for receiving and amplifying the fundamental frequency signal, and a divided frequency transmitter for receiving and transmitting the divided frequency signal.
