PURPOSE:To provide the subject apparatus having a specific structure composed of various devices and means such as cooking devices in cascade, constructible at a reduced cost, enabling sufficient communication among workers and manageable by visual inspection from a central monitoring spot. CONSTITUTION:An upper working step 6, a middle working step 8 and a lower working step 10 are arranged in cascade. Soaked soybeans supplied from a soaked soybean distribution apparatus 14 placed on the upper working stage 6 are cooked in a cooking apparatus 12 of the upper working stage 6. The cooked soybeans are transferred from the cooking apparatus 12 to a distribution apparatus 22 of the middle working stage 8 and distributed to hoppers 16 for feeding cooked soybean. Finally, the cooked soybeans are supplied from the hopper 16 to a filling machine 24 on the lower working stage 10 and filled in a pack. |
