FORMING OF HIGH-WATER AND OIL AND FAT-CONTAINING RAW MATERIAL AND EQUIPMENT THEREFOR

PURPOSE:To carry out forming of the subject raw material without a modification such as addition of an additive by controlling the pressure of the raw material at the front and at the rear of the above-mentioned extruder using a specified method when processing the subject high-water.fat and oil-containing raw material using a biaxial extruder having a cooling die. CONSTITUTION:A high-water.fat and oil-containing raw material such as insoluble residue of soybean, fish meat and animal meat is initially formed using a biaxial extruder 10 having a cooling die 7, then heated and conveyed by a pump 11 equipped between the biaxial extruder 10 and the cooling die 7. During the above-mentioned process, the pressure of the raw material in the biaxial extruder 10 at the front of the pump 11 is controlled by adjusting the conveying amount of the pump 11 and the pressure of the raw material at the rear of the pump 11 is simultaneously controlled by the cooling die 7 so as to extrude the above-mentioned raw material.
