<p>PURPOSE:To improve painting efficiency in an electrostaitc painting device of a rotary cup type by winding a cooling pipe on the outside circumference of a rotary cup thereby cooling the cup, retarding the evaporation of paint and preventing the deposition of paint medium. CONSTITUTION:When paint is supplied from a paint discharge port 5 on the side nearer to the center than the circumferential edge port of a rotary head 3 via a supply path 18, the paint is diffused on the fluidizing surface 6 of a rotary cup 1 by a diffusion plate 24 at the bottom end of a shaft body 23. At this time, the cup 1 is cooled by a refrigerant fed to a cooling pipe 9 wound on the outside circumferential part of the cup 1, whereby the evaporation rate of the paint is retarded, and the deposition of the paint medium on the surface 6 in the cup 1 is prevented.</p> |
