<p>PURPOSE:To constitute a device so that the flows of user's thinking and action are not obstructed by obtaining the information related to a function by the same operation as the case of commanding the selection and the execution of the function. CONSTITUTION:The device is constituted so that information related to a function can be obtained by the same operation as the case of selecting and executing its function, and a user can select directly the information without passing through an index of help information. For instance, in the case the user desires the information related to the function, the information of the function can be obtained by selecting the function, while depressing a help key provided in a keyboard. In the case of obtaining the function information, and thereafter, executing it, only the selection and the execution are performed without depressing the help key. In such a manner, a burden for selecting the function information by the user is reduced, and a fault for attaining a user's purpose is decreased, therefore, user's thinking and action are scarcely interrupted, and the work efficiency is improved.</p> |
