<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a stable resistance circuit by using a resistance paste whose principal component is a composite consisting of a specific glass composite and ruthenium oxide. CONSTITUTION:A resistance paste consists of a vehicle of 40-10wt.% and a solid matter of 60-90wt.% which includes ruthenium oxide of 10-70wt.% and a glass composite of 90-30wt.% which consists of Al2O3 of 14-30wt.%, B2O3 of 20-30wt.%, SiO2 of 10-45wt.%, CaO of 5-10wt.%, ZnO of 15-50wt.%, and PbO of 1-8wt.%. Thereby, the resistance paste can be used practically for forming a resistor in a hybrid circuit on an ordinary ceramic substrate of course and on an AlN substrate too which is excellent in the efficiency of heat radiation although it has some difficulty in adhesive quality. Also, the resistance paste can be made to have easily a wide range of desired resistance values by changing its content of ruthenium oxide.</p> |
