<p>PURPOSE: To eliminate a coating fault of a dry film and to improve operablity and reliability of laminating operation by providing a cut part to be scissored and cut perpendicularly to a side edge of the film synchronously with a film feeding mechanism and movable in a contact or separate direction with or from a copper-clad laminate and a pair of laminating rolls, thereby preventing a turn-over of the film at the time of cutting. CONSTITUTION: Guides 18, 22 are moved in a separating direction to laminating rolls 24a, 24b, and first cutters 30, 30A, second cutters 32, 32A are moved in approaching direction, i.e., rightward by a first hydraulic cylinder 36 synchronously with moving operations of the guides 18, 22. The cutters 30, 30A are moved in approaching direction to a dry film 10 by a second hydraulic cylinder 38, and the cutters 32, 32A are moved in a separating direction from the film 10 by a third hydraulic cylinder 40. At this time, the cutter 30 is disposed on a protruding step difference 34 of the cutter 32 at one end site, the cutters, 30,32 are slightly rotated reversely at one end as a center, and the film 10 is scissored in a desired length in response to a length of the laminate.</p> |
