PURPOSE:To prevent the spreading of fire by a method in which many assembly bases having openings in the centers are arranged on floor or all places where wiring cables are to be set, an expandible fire-proof glass is placed over the assembly bases, and tile carpets are provided on the glass. CONSTITUTION:A transparent thermally-foamed, heat-insulating intermediate film 3 is interleaved between laminated two reinforced glass plates 2a and 2b, and a U-shaped seal reinforcing material 4 is attached to the peripheral side of the fire-proof glass 1 so bonded, where the shape of the fire-proof glass 1 is matched with that of square tile carpets for the floor. The fire-proof glass 1 is applied to the slab floor 6 of an office, and legs 7a and 8a are provided at four corners of a square board or frame corresponding to the fire-proof glass 1 fixed with the reinforcing material 4. The spreading of fire from the wiring cable and also from the others can thus be prevented. |
