PURPOSE:To obtain a coffee drink having dieting effects and improving effects on diabetes without damaging properties of characteristics of coffee by blending a coffee material with leaves, powder, extracted solution or extracted essence of Gymnema Sylverster or Gymnema material prepared by forming and solidifying gymnemic acid. CONSTITUTION:(A) 6 pts. wt. coffee material such as ground material, powder, extracted solution or extracted essence of coffee bean is blended with (B) 4 pts.wt. leaves, powder, extracted solution or extracted essence of Gymnema Sylverster or Gymnema material prepared by forming and solidifying gymnemic acid alone or with another carrier to give the objective coffee drink not only reducing an amount of saccharide taken but also suppressing absorption of saccharide in body. |
