PURPOSE:To maintain excellent stability with respect to the change in surrounding temperature by sealing a temperature compensating thermistor element in the main body of a sensor with a high-heat-conductivity resin characterized by high thermal conductivity, and making the thermal conditions equal to those of the main body of the sensor. CONSTITUTION:At first, a catalyst electrode 2 comprising noble metal is formed as a positive electrode on one surface of a diaphragm 1 comprising a fluorine-based macromolecular thin film to a specified thickness. Then, the bonded body of the electrode 2 and the diaphragm 1, a negative lead electrode 4, a current collector 7 for collecting the current uniformly from the entire surface of the electrode 2, a thermistor element 6 for compensating for the output of a sensor with temperature and positive and negative leads 9 and 10 for taking out the outputs are mounted on a container main body 5 of the sensor. Acidic electrolyte 3 is injected as electrolyte. Then the entire mounting part of the element 6 is filled with a high-heat-conductivity resin 8 whose thermal conductivity is 1.0j/K.m.s or higher. As a result, the changing speed of the resistance value of the element 6 always agrees with the changing speed of the current value of the sensor, and the output voltage of the sensor is not fluctuated. |
