<p>PURPOSE:To safely and easily change a main battery without erasing storage data by cutting off electrically an auxiliary battery, when a main battery holder is installed in a device body by a switch means, and connecting electrically the battery, when the holder is removed. CONSTITUTION:When a main battery holder 23a is drawn out of a frame 38 in order to change a main battery 23, a movable contact 42 of a rotary slide switch 40 rotates clockwise by a projecting part 47 of the main battery holder 23a, positioned on a fixed contact 43 and 44 and short-circuits them electrically. That is, the rotary slide switch 40 is turned on, and an auxiliary battery 37 is connected to a RAM. When the main battery 23 is changed and the main battery holder 23a in which a new main battery 23 is held is inserted into the frame 38 again, a positive pole and a negative pole of the main battery 23 come into contact with a fixed electrode terminal 26 and 27 and connected electrically. In such a way, a built-in battery can be changed safely and easily without erasing the storage data.</p> |
