PURPOSE:To manufacture stainless steel-resin laminate product by easily and strongly bond stainless steel sheet with base made of synthetic resin or the like by a method wherein laminate sheet is produced by coating adhesive layer on one side of the stainless steel sheet so as to be heat-bonded through the adhesive layer to the base. CONSTITUTION:Band-like stainless steel sheet 12 is fed from a roll 15, round which the stainless steel sheet 12 is wound, guided by a guide roller 19, heated up to the predetermined temperature by a heater 22 and, after that sent between a pair of hot pressure rollers 21. In addition, resinous film 24, which is to form adhesive layers 13 and 14, is fed from a roller 17 and piled up to the stainless steel sheet 12 and then sent between the hot pressure rollers 21. After that, the stainless steel sheet 12 and the film 24 are heat-fused together into an integral laminate sheet 11. The laminate sheet is further heated by a heater 23 and finally wound up by a wind-up roll 16. |
