PURPOSE:To obtain the title chemical consisting of an aqueous solution of sodium silicate and water suspension of mixture of coal, cement and gypsum and capable of strengthening the ground and stabilizing the ground by impermeability to liquid. CONSTITUTION:The objective chemical obtained by blending (A) 1 pts.wt. aqueous solution of sodium silicate with (B) 1.3-1.5 pts.wt. water suspension containing (i) 10-32wt.% lime, preferably having <=30mum grain size, (ii) 15-52wt.% normal portland cement and (iii) 35-54wt.% hemihydrate gypsum and/or III type anhydrous gypsum. The chemical can form a highly homogeneous gel strength after gelling time of over ten seconds (preferably <=10sec).
