PURPOSE:To obtain the title soft fiber having excellent heat set property and dyeing property of acidic dye by firstly dyeing a polyester fiber at high temperature and then subjecting an acrylic fiber to amidoximation at a specific amount in a blended yarn of polyester fiber and acrylic fiber. CONSTITUTION:In a knitted fabric, etc., prepared by knitting a blended yarn which is obtained by twisting a polyester fiber and acrylic fiber, the polyester is at first dyed by a disperse dye at >=120 deg.C and then acrylic fiber is subjected to amidoximation with hydroxylamine sulfate at <110 deg.C at an amount of 0.01mmol/g to 1mmol/g to provide the soft fiber having good heat set property, excellent dyeing property of acidic dye and fastness. The fiber is suitable for clothing. |
