PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition developing no skin on the surface of the resultant foam even when expanded, good in adhesivity, excellent in secondary processability, and capable of giving lightweight, large-sized foams by incorporating a rigid vinyl chloride resin of low molecular weight with a plasticizer and foaming agent such as a bicarbonate, etc., at specified proportions. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition can be obtained by incorporating (A) 100 pts.wt. of a vinyl chloride-based resin 300-700 in polymerization degree with (B) 0-20 pts.wt. of a plasticizer and (C) a total of 0.5-3.5 pts.wt. of a bicarbonate and, if needed, 0-0.5 pts.wt. of another foaming agent. The present composition is put to injection molding to obtain the other objective rigid vinyl chloride-based resin foam. |
