PURPOSE:To make it possible to knead a cement-based powdery mixture contg. silica fume with a high performance water-reducing agent and water in a short time and to obtain a high strength hardened body by kneading the powdery mixture in two steps in a specified ratio and hardening the kneaded material. CONSTITUTION:When a cement-based powdery mixture contg. 5-30wt.% silica fume is kneaded with 1-4% high performance water-reducing agent basing on the weight of the powdery mixture and 13-20% water and the kneaded material is hardened to produce a hydraulic hardened body, 20-90% of the powdery mixture is first kneaded with all the water and all the water-reducing agent to obtain paste having flowability and then the remaining powdery mixture is added to the paste and kneaded. |
