PURPOSE:To remarkably improve the inspecting and diagnostic capacity in the body by inserting an ultrasonic probe through a treating implement insert-through channel of an endoscope, receiving an ultrasonic pulse, while moving this ultrasonic probe, and also, detecting a moving amount of the ultrasonic probe. CONSTITUTION:An ultrasonic probe 10 is inserted through an endoscope, led out of a treating implement lead-out port 6 and an ultrasonic transmitter-receiver 12 is pushed against a body cavity wall. By operating an ultrasonic signal generating processor, while allowing the ultrasonic transmitter-receiver 12 to scan so as to go along the body cavity wall by operating it in the direction for drawing out a cord 11, an ultrasonic pulse is made incident on the inside of the body at a prescribed time interval successively from the ultrasonic transmitter-receiver 12, and also, a reflected echo signal is received. Subsequently, a signal related to a reflected echo from the inside of the body is inputted to a B mode image signal processing circuit 26 from a B mode image signal receiving circuit 25 by switching a switching circuit 23 and a B mode image is obtained, and also, it is inputted to a Doppler image signal processing circuit 29 from a Doppler image signal receiving circuit 25, by which Doppler image data is obtained. |
