The device according to the invention is intended for facilitating the work of the arms during Nordic cross-country skiing. It makes it possible: - to position the stick more easily in a position of force at the start of the work of the arms during Nordic cross-country skiing; - to ensure complete cohesion of the wrist with the stick; - to improve the transmission of the thrust of the arms during the drive time of the arms during Nordic skiing. It consists of a grip (3) provided with a strap (1) having "Velcro" (5) and a glove (10) provided with "Velcro" (14), flaps (9), provided with "Velcro" (8), and a return ring (7).
