PURPOSE: To obtain a magnetic tape cassette having an excellent appearance by performing a good connection between two components of an injection molded product having good mechanical properties and appearance, thereby using a needle shut-off nozzle. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for two-layered injection molding comprises a fixed mold half 1 with a fixed core 1a, and a mold half 2 for moving a movable core 2a with a fixed core 14. One protrusion 5 of the half limits one of partial cavity. Two-part layer made of superposed components of at least two parts is formed in the injection molding cavity for two components 3, 4. The surrounding protrusion 5 is disposed on an outer edge of a lower surface 7a of the core 1a, and a sealing strip for an upper surface 8 adjacent to the core 2a is formed. The surface 8 of the moving core can be moved axially by about half of an entire thickness of the two component or partial layer. |
