PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition good in roll wrapping nature, extrusion processability, shape retainability when expanded and surface touch, thus useful for the automotive industry by using plural copolymer rubbers differing in Mooney viscosity and non-conjugated diene content from each other. CONSTITUTION:In a reaction tank among two or more such tanks mutually connected in series, either one of (A) copolymer rubber A or (B) copolymer rubber B is produced by polymerization; and in one of the other reaction tanks, the other copolymer rubber is produced by polymerization in the presence of the polymer rubber obtained above, thus obtaining the objective composition. The components A and B are each non-conjugated diene-contg. ethylene-alpha-olefin- nonconjugated diene copolymer rubber 130-195 and 0-55 in Mooney viscosity (ML1+4 121 deg.C), (73:27)-(40:60) in the weight ratio of ethylene/alpha-olefin, and 8-33 and 10-36 in iodine value, respectively. |
