PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of a click noise when a switch is turned on, by flowing a current, which cancels the gate current of an FET flowing through an output circuit, to the output circuit. CONSTITUTION:When an FET1 is driven with a transistor (TR)Q1 OFF, a gate current Ig1 flows through a circuit of a +VB power terminal 8, a variable resistance R, a gate resistance Rg1, and a load resistance RL between the gate and source of the FET1. Further, the 2nd FET2 is provided to flow a current Ig2, which cancels the gate current Ig1, through the load resistance RL1 by the FET2. Consequently, a current I flowing through the load resistance RL is substantially eliminated, and no click noise is generated in switching. |
